About Me

Ever since I was a kid, I was making my own games. As a child, I would make games with paper and dice. Around age 10, I learned I could make my own games on the computer. I jumped into it, and I haven't stopped since.

Most of my development experience is in Unreal Engine, where I primarily work with Blueprints, though I have some experience with using C++ outside of Unreal Engine. Before I started using Unreal, I got my start in GameMaker, so I have experience with both the engine and its scripting language, GML. I'm also always open to learn new tools and engines to further my skills!

While Design and Programming are my main focuses, I also have hands-on experience with Autodesk Maya and Adobe Substance 3D Painter. My familiarity with 3D art workflows helps me collaborate better with artists and communicate clearly about technical needs or potential roadblocks.

I'm also experienced with 2D and creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, which I've used for concepting, creating graphics, and video editing. Beyond that, I'm proficient with Microsoft Office products, which I regularly use for documentation and planning.

  • Some of my favorite games are The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Mega Man 2, Metal Gear Solid, and Um Jammer Lammy.
  • I play guitar and bass, and I like to write and record my own music!
